Written up fresh each afternoon. If something has run out, it has genuinely run out.
The Room
Small, dark,
and loud by nine.
Twenty-two seats and eight stools at the copper bar. There is a record player behind the till and it is usually on too loud, which is either the point or the problem depending on the night.
The bar takes walk-ins all evening. If you are two people and don't mind sitting close, you will almost always get in.

The bar keeps serving for an hour after the kitchen closes. No reservation, no menu — tell them what you like and they will make something.

Tables are held for fifteen minutes. For six or more, ring us rather than using the form — it is quicker and we will ask about the wine.
